Some of you may be interested in pursuing a volunteer career with the Red Cross organization, which we'd like to encourage very much. If you are 15 and older, you are eligible to become a Red Cross Volunteer.The first step toward becoming a Red Cross volunteer is to attend the Red Cross Orientation. You can find the schedule here.After you've attended the orientation, your next step is to complete the Chapter Volunteer Application. If you are 18 and over, you will need to submit an online background check, which will be further instructed in the application. Those who are 17 years old and younger, you will need to complete a Youth Permission Form.
