Although this may look irrelevant to Red Cross, but I do want to call your attention to the well-beings of our fellow friends, animals. I believe that animals, just like you and me, are capable of suffering and have the interests to lead their own lives. All animals deserve rights and protections, regardless of whether they are ants, dogs, cats, fishes, or birds. Just like you, they are living creatures with whom we share this biosphere; they are NOT for ours to use -- for food, clothing, experimentation, or any other reasons.
